Dan O'Connor

11U Boys Head Coach

Coach O'Connor was born in Boston ,growing up in Chelsea where he developed the love for football and basketball. After excelling in several youth programs, he then went off to Northeast Metro Tech where he lettered in four sports. He was a three year starter in baseball and basketball going to several tournaments and a four year starter in football where he received a division 1 scholarship to Penn State University. After school , he married wife Lori and resides now in Billerica with daughter Jenna and son Ryan. Heavily involved in local youth sports wanting to give back. In Billerica Youth Basketball, he served as president on the in house program which served 1500 kids. Coaching both a boys and girls teams having tremendous success and helping dozens of kids achieve their goals in making their travel teams. Coach O'Connor's must recent accomplishments include coaching his 13u girls team to the AAU Super Regionals and finishing 5th place.  The NE Panthers are very excited to have Coach O'Connor join the Panther coaching staff.
